As a member of the Canadian Arts Coalition (CAC) IMAA has signed onto an Open Letter to the Canadian Federal government in response to the cuts announced by Heritage Canada. 

In addition to this, IMAA also sent a letter to Ministers Anand and Freeland expressing concerns specific to the Media Arts. We continue to work with the CAC in strategizing around the 2024 federal budget which will be released on April 16. We will continue to update membership on this topic.
