2026 FEE SCHEDULE
The recommendation of the IMAA Board of Directors is that the current recommended and minimum fees increase by 2.5% annually for the coming three years. (Consult the Proposed 2026 Fee Schedule here)
PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BYLAWS OF THE INDEPENDENT MEDIA ARTS ALLIANCE
At the September 25, 2025 Annual General Meeting, members of the Independent Media Arts Alliance will be asked to vote in favor or against a special resolution to add the definition of the Basis of Unity and its purpose for the corporation’s activities, and to amend section 15 of the by-laws. (Consult the Proposed amendment to the Bylaws here)
Proxy: If you cannot attend the AGM and wish to appoint a proxy to vote on your organization’s behalf, please complete this Proxy Vote form and return it to us at info@imaa.ca. Membership: Members must have paid their membership dues for the current year (April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026) to be eligible to vote. Please renew your membership here. If you have questions regarding your membership status please take a look at the member directory or contact us at info@imaa.ca. Accessibility The AGM will be held in English, and French interpretation will be available during the meeting. If you require LSQ or ASL services, please let us know before September 12 by checking the option when you register.
