Invitation to the Annual General Meeting

The Independent Media Arts Alliance will hold its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, via Zoom at the following time:

10 am Pacific
11 am Mountain
12 noon Central
1 pm Eastern
2 pm Atlantic
2:30 pm Newfoundland  
Approximate duration: 2H

• Membership: Members must have paid their membership dues for the current year (April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027) to be eligible to vote. Please renew your membership here. 
• If you have questions regarding your membership status please take a look at the member directory or contact us at info@imaa.ca.

  • The AGM will be held mostly in English. Captionning in French and English will be available during the meeting with the Wordly* Zoom application.
  • If you require LSQ or ASL services, please let us know before September 18 by checking the option when you register.
